一番気を付けるべき点は、再生可能エネルギーのメリットを挙げるだけではなく、それらが化石燃料を置き換えることができるのかという点です
置き換えることができるという表現がなければ、明確な答えにならないので、気をつけましょう

●Write an essay on the given TOPIC.　→要するに、出した課題に対して答えになっているかという点を見られるのですが、完璧です
●Give THREE reasons to support your answer.　→第2、3、4段落で一つずつ述べています
●Structure: introduction, main body, and conclusion　→introduction：第1段落, main body：第2、3、4段落, and conclusion第5段落という構成であり、完璧
●Suggested length: 200-240 words　→226単語ですが、採点者は単語数を実際は数えているとは思えません、解答用紙の25-30行に納まっていればOKと判定しているはずです

Our reliance on finite resources is doing tremendous environmental harm, and I believe our desperation to find alternatives will result in renewable energy sources replacing fossil fuels.
Moreover, the rapid advancement of technology and falling costs will ensure this happens in the not-too-distant future.

First, the greater focus on environmental issues like climate change has led to a shift in general sentiment regarding fossil fuels.
This is where renewable energy sources can shine.
The ability to generate energy from nature with minimal damage to it is attractive to an increasingly environmentally conscious population.

・気候変動のような環境問題への意識の高まりによって、人々は自然を利用したエネルギーを求めるようになっている

Additionally, the recent focus on renewable energies like solar and wind can be seen in cutting-edge technologies.
Whereas these energy sources were once considered supplementary to fossil fuels, increased efficiency means they are now providing a genuine alternative.
Solar panels, for example, have more than doubled in efficiency over the last half century and continue to be improved.

Finally, increasingly affordable prices are helping to foster wider adoption.

There is no doubt that renewable energy sources are the way forward.
