私のスタンスは、下記の条件が達成されるなら可能だと考える
・国民に省エネを呼びかけ、徹底する
・化石燃料を使い続けることができる技術開発とインフラ作り。
①化石燃料を燃やすとCO2は出るが、これをタンクに貯め、酸素と二酸化炭素に分離し、酸素だけ空気中に出し、炭素は他の素材と混ぜて利用する。
②空気中に出た余計な二酸化炭素を吸収し、酸素と炭素に分離し、酸素だけ空気中に出し、炭素は他の素材と混ぜて利用する。
③掘り出し製錬する技術を高めることで生産量を増やす
・新しいエネルギー源を開発する。
①より効率の良い太陽光・風力発電、
②小型で安全な原発の開発、
③水力や地熱発電活用、
④水素、アンモニア、核融合などの新技術を使ったエネルギー源開発
・政府は、これらを実現するために予算と人員を増やして活動すべきである

I believe they can, but only if certain conditions are met.
First, governments must encourage people to save energy in their daily lives.
Public campaigns and policies that promote energy conservation can make a big difference in reducing unnecessary energy use.
Changing people’s behavior is one of the easiest and most effective ways to reduce demand.
Second, it is important to continue using fossil fuels but in a cleaner and more sustainable way.
For example, new technologies can collect the CO₂ produced by burning fossil fuels, separate carbon and oxygen, release only oxygen into the air, and reuse the carbon in other materials.
Additionally, by developing machines that can absorb extra CO₂ from the air and process it in a similar way, we can reduce the negative impact on the environment.
Improving drilling and refining techniques can also help extend fossil fuel availability.
Finally, governments must invest in developing alternative energy sources.
This includes more efficient solar and wind power, safer and smaller nuclear power plants, and expanding the use of hydro-electric and geothermal energy.
Promising new technologies, such as hydrogen, ammonia, and nuclear fusion, should also be explored.
In conclusion, with strong leadership, sufficient funding, and support for new technologies, governments will be able to meet future energy needs.
