どのように焼き直されてもその場で臨機応変に対応できるように、言わば、部品として習得しておく必要があります
因みに、2024-3は下記の通りでした
私なりに論点を整理し、AIに手伝ってもらい、平易な表現でわかりやすく書いた英文も入れてあります
日頃から、できるだけ多くの過去問トピックに対して同じことをやっておくことが成功へのカギとなります
追伸ですが、ここに述べていることは級（準1級、2級-----）に関係なく、やることは同じです

2024-3 Is freedom of the news media beneficial to society?
・基本的に賛成
・自由な言論→多様な意見・発想→新技術→社会が便利になる
・当局に許可を取らなくてもいい→情報を即座に伝達できる→社会の進歩促進
・社会悪を追求し、是正することで社会変革が可能になる
・但し、社会の混乱や人権侵害を防いだりするための一定の制限は必要であり、バランスをとるのが重要
I believe that, overall, freedom of the news media is beneficial to society. While some limitations may be necessary, the advantages of media freedom greatly contribute to social development.
First, freedom of speech allows the media to share a wide range of opinions and creative ideas. This openness encourages the exchange of knowledge and the development of new technologies, which can make society more convenient and advanced. Without such freedom, progress would be much slower.
Second, when the media is not required to obtain approval from authorities before reporting news, information can be shared quickly. Rapid access to important news—such as natural disasters, scientific discoveries, or political events—helps society respond more effectively and promotes continuous improvement.
Third, a free media plays a key role in uncovering social problems, such as corruption, discrimination, or injustice. By reporting these issues and encouraging public discussion, the media helps drive positive change and reform.
However, total freedom without any limits can cause problems such as public confusion or violations of individual rights. Therefore, some rules are necessary to prevent harm, and it is important to maintain a balance between freedom and responsibility.
In conclusion, freedom of the news media is a powerful tool for social progress, as long as it is used with care and responsibility.
