英検1級道場－40回目の受験をしてきました
2024-2（10/06実施）の英検準1級の英作文問題を研究しました
下記が要求事項です
●Write an essay on the given TOPIC.
●Use TWO of the POINTS below to support your answer.
●Structure: introduction, main body, and conclusion
●Suggested length: 120-150 words
●Write your essay in the space provided on Side B of your answer sheet. Any writing outside the space will not be graded.

英検が速報で出している「解答例」には下記の内容が紹介されています
「解答例」としていますが、「模範解答」と考えるべきでしょう
つまり、このように書けば高得点がもらえるということです
■イントロ 30字
・就職では高収入が最優先事項である→結論を先に言う
・そう考える理由を二つ、「看板」の形で出す
イントロなので、次に出てくる論旨の名前だけ紹介する
「better career opportunities」と 「an improved quality of life」
■第一の理由 47字
・高収入→技量が高いと見なされ、転職する時に好条件がオファーされる
・他社から好条件でオファーがあれば、今の会社で昇進に有利になる
■第二の理由 45字
・高収入→高い生活レベル維持（住まい、金銭的安定）
■結論 28字
・就職の際は高収入に焦点を与えるべきである
・そうすれば、「career advancement 」と「 an enhanced quality of life」達成のチャンスが大きくなる

元々、準1級は大学中級レベルを対象にした試験ですから、このようなトピックが出ても不思議はありません。
でも、最近は、小学生、中学生、高校生で準1級を受ける人が増えていて、この年齢層では、満足のいく作文を書くのは困難と言わざるをえません
