英検1級道場ー恐るべし！ChatGPT 　受講生の個々のニーズに即した英作文のレッスンに大いに役立つことがわかりました

いま話題のChat GPTで英検1級の英作文問題を書いてもらいました
英検が出している解答例は難しすぎて、大半の受講生が苦労しています

そこで、今回は、下記の条件を示して制作を依頼してみました
・自分は14歳の学生である
・下記の条件（注：英検の問題指示文そのもの）に従うこと
・自分はAgreeの立場であること

■Write an essay on the given TOPIC covering three of the POINTS below.
■Use the space provided on your answer sheet.
■Structure: Three or more paragraphs, including an introduction and conclusion
■Length: Around 200～240 words

TOPIC: Agree or disagree: Industrialization has had an overall beneficial effect on humankind

上記メッセージを送ったら、1秒も経たないうちに文章がタイピングされ始め、約15秒で作品が提示されました

内容は素晴らしいのですが、どういうわけか、文字数制限が無視されていて、325ワードありました！
そこで、経緯を述べ、あなたが書いてくれた下記の作品を240ワードに収まるように書き換えてほしいと依頼したら、あっという間に、298ワードに削った作品が届きました

しつこく、状況改善を要請したら、すかさず257ワードの作品が届きました

さらにもう1回要求したら、すかさず、244ワードで書きなおしてきました
これくらいで許してやろう（仕事が速い、無料）として終わりにしましたが、まさに驚天動地です

325→298→257→244ワード、字数制限を守った作品が出るまで4回指示が必要でしたが、これに要した時間はほんの数分でした！

今回わかったことは、ChatGPTは詳細に指示しても、全部に必ずしも答えてくるわけではないので、指示をやり直し、こちらが納得がいくまで作業を繰り返させることが大事だということです

不安がる人がいますが、ChatGPTをはじめとするAIは自分の秘書・部下として使えば10人の作業チームに匹敵する仕事をしてくれます

大事なことは、 詳細で明確な指示を与えるのは自分、 成果をチェックするのは自分、どう活用するかきめるのも自分
