これについてコメントしていきます。

気を付けるべき点は、 Agree or disagree: Big companies have a positive effect on societyという問いに対して、Agree 　Disagreeどちらにしても、旗色を鮮明にすることです

●Write an essay on the given TOPIC.　→要するに、出した課題に対して答えになっているかという点を見られるのですが、完璧です。

●Use TWO of the POINTS below to support your answer　→第2、3段落で一つずつ述べています。

●Structure: introduction, main body, and conclusion　→introduction：第1段落, main body：第2、3段落, and conclusion第4段落という構成であり、完璧。

●Suggested length: 120-150 words　→ぴったり150単語ですが、採点者は単語数を実際は数えているとは思えません、解答用紙の15-20行に納まっていればOKと判定しているはずです。

■イントロダクション
I agree that big companies have a positive effect on society. There are two major areas where this effect can be seen: the economy and work-life balance.

Large companies generate huge amounts of money, both for national economies and for the global economy as a whole. Developing countries, in particular, benefit from the extra commerce created by such corporations. Furthermore, governments receive considerable tax sums from these corporations, which can be used to fund public projects.

・大企業の経済活動は一国の経済にとっても、グローバルな経済にとっても巨額の資金を生み出し、開発途上国にとっては大きなメリットがある。さらに、大企業が払う税金によって政府は公共事業にお金を使うことができる（さらに経済が拡大する）

The existence of big companies also leads to better conditions for workers. Large corporations employ thousands of people and are more likely to have the resources to keep their employees satisfied. Offering access to on-site gyms or implementing policies that limit overtime work, for example, significantly improves employees' work-life balance.

Therefore, from the broader economic advantages to the individual benefits for workers, the effect that big companies have on society is most certainly positive.
