Samurais are famous around the world. Spectacular when displayed and compact when stored, this item is most popular for its portability.

Hagoita
We stock hagoita battledores of various sizes, designs and prices. Even though these are displayed in Japan at New Year's, many people give these as gifts year round, regardless of the season. Displayed on a stand, this item does not require a glass case and is easy to assemble. Even with the folding stand, this item is compact – a popular gift that travels well.

Japanese Dance Doll
This doll is popular, because it wears a typical Japanese costume – a kimono – and is very Japanese. Some customers buy a case with their doll, others just buy the doll, itself. Some buy one to present their clients when visiting their offices. Others have given them to ships and boats on arrival at the Port of Kobe to display onboard.

* We also have ichimatsu dress-up dolls, ceremonial bows and arrows, hina dolls, and a variety of other dolls in stock.
From 2012, we have simplified the hina-doll set for people overseas, so it now includes only the folding screen and the felt carpet. This makes the set more compact and easier to carry. The standard doll accessories are available separately. We stock a wide range of dolls of various prices and sizes, so it is now easier to select dolls to suit your budget.

* The Japanese Souvenir range is on sale June through September and November through December. Please enquire if you wish to make a purchase at other times of the year. Note: We are closed for extended periods in May and October.
