理由になっているか？

以前出した英作文に関する記事が要領の悪い説明をしていたことに気がついたので書き直しました
今回の記事はすっきりしており、誰でも納得できると思います

Should democratic nations actively promote the spread of democracy to nondemocratic nations?

There have been a lot of discussions and debates in the world whether or not democratic nations should promote the spread of democracy to non-democratic nations.
In my opinion, we should absolutely to do so for the following three reasons.

このイントロで、「下記の理由によってそうすべきだと考える」と主張しています
ですから、次に来る論旨3つが「民主主義をactivelyにpromoteする理由」になっているかを見る必要があります

First of all, in democratic countries, freedom of speech is assured to some extent as long as one’s opinion doesn’t face the risk of the country.
This right is fundamental one so that people can live humanlike.
However, in the non-democratic country, North Korea, for example, the government tries to manipulate even mass media, thus correct information can‘t through among average citizens.

ここでは、民主主義国は「言論の自由」があるが、非民主主義国はそうではないという現状を述べているだけです
「民主主義をactivelyにpromoteする理由」にはなっていないのです
つまり、「言論の自由が無いとこういう不都合が生じる、言論の自由があるとこのようにいいことがある」という一文を追加すれば「理由」になります

Second, people also have the right to move to where they want for one’s sake in the democratic countries while people can’t transfer easily at their will unless the government permits in non-democratic countries.
Chinese government, for example, they sometimes try to confine ethnic minorities to one area for the reason that they are nuisance for the government.

ここでは、民主主義国は「移動の自由」があるが、非民主主義国はそうではないという現状を述べているだけです
「民主主義をactivelyにpromoteする理由」にはなっていないのです
つまり、「移動の自由が無いとこういう不都合が生じる、移動の自由があるとこのようにいいことがある」という一文を追加すれば「理由」になります

Finally, regardless of gender, all humans have a right to be educated to a certain age in democratic countries while in some non- democratic ones, especially Islamic countries, they forbid to enforce female education in the law. This fact perfectly goes against the principle of democracy.

ここでは、民主主義国は全員が均等に教育を受けられるが、非民主主義国はそうではないという現状を述べているだけです
「民主主義をactivelyにpromoteする理由」にはなっていないのです
つまり、「均等に教育を受けさせないとこういう不都合が生じる、均等に教育を受けさせるとこのようにいいことがある」という一文を追加すれば「理由」になります

In conclusion, for the reasons mentioned above, to make people live humane, I strongly agree with an opinion that democratic nations should promote the spread of democracy to non- democratic nations. (238 words)

ここでは、「上記に示すような理由で」と書いてありますが、上記の3つは「理由」になっていないのです

つまり、この作文では、1番目の評価（採点）ポイントである「トピックに対する答えになっているか？」という点では不十分であり、6/8などがつくと思います
