Overseas Trademark Search

1. Consultation Details
Company A requested our assistance in investigating the presence of any prior registered trademarks that require special attention in each country. They are considering filing overseas trademark registration applications for trademark B, which is currently under examination in Japan, in countries O, P, Q, R, S, and T.

Trademark B consists of the name C and logo D.

2. Solution
Based on the request, we conducted a prior trademark search in countries O, P, Q, R, S, and T using the following databases.

The search revealed several word trademarks similar to name C, but no figurative trademarks similar to logo D were found.

After comprehensive consideration, we concluded that there are currently no prior registered trademarks requiring special attention in each country.
