当所では、クライアントから提供された店舗の現状、売上状況、顧客層、内装改善の計画内容等の資料を基に、補助金申請に必要となる経営計画書及び事業計画書の検討・作成支援を行いました。
具体的には、まず、事業者の概要、売上及び利益の推移、顧客層の特徴等を整理したうえで、市場動向や競合店舗の状況を調査し、自社の強み・弱みを整理するための分析（SWOT分析）を実施しました。
その上で、店舗内装の改善計画について、改装内容が視覚的に理解しやすいように図面やイメージ画像を用いて説明するとともに、当該改装によって期待される来店客数の増加、客単価の向上、回転率の改善等の効果について、定性的・定量的な観点から分析し、事業計画書として整理しました。

1. Consultation
The client planned to improve the interior of their restaurant with the aim of enhancing customer attraction and increasing customer satisfaction. They were considering utilizing a subsidy to cover part of the renovation costs and consulted our office regarding the preparation of the management plan and business plan required for the subsidy application.
2. Solution
Based on materials provided by the client—including information on the current condition of the restaurant, sales performance, customer demographics, and details of the planned interior improvements—we provided support for the examination and preparation of the management plan and business plan required for the subsidy application.
Specifically, we first organized the company profile, trends in sales and profits, and characteristics of the customer base. We then investigated market trends and the situation of competing restaurants and conducted an analysis to clarify the company’s strengths and weaknesses (SWOT analysis).
On that basis, we structured the restaurant renovation plan so that the renovation details could be easily understood visually, using drawings and image illustrations. In addition, we analyzed the expected effects of the renovation—such as an increase in the number of customers, improvement in average spending per customer, and higher table turnover—from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives, and compiled these analyses into a business plan.
3. Conclusion
In subsidy applications, it is important not only to explain the details of capital investment or renovation, but also to analyze the company’s management situation and market environment and clearly demonstrate the necessity of the subsidized project as well as the expected outcomes.
