Company A, Inc. consulted us regarding the feasibility of trademark registration for the name B and its pronunciation C of a store they operate.
This matter stems from their desire to confirm in advance whether the name and pronunciation in question conflict with existing trademark rights, with a view to protecting the store brand and future business development.

Based on the consultation details, we set the target goods/services category as X and conducted a search for prior trademark registrations.

Specifically, we utilized J-PlatPat (Japan Patent Information Platform) to conduct the search and analysis from the following perspectives:
