2. Solution
We separated the structural and external features of the product, focusing on functional and structural aspects for the utility model and visual shape and design for the design. Furthermore, the numerous reference drawings of usage conditions provided were organized as supplementary diagrams to understand the invention for the utility model, and used as reference diagrams as needed for the design, while prioritizing consistency with the basic drawings, primarily the six-view drawings. In design registration applications, reference drawings are sometimes used supplementarily in addition to the basic drawings, making overall drawing consistency crucial.
We clearly separated the document structure and the role of the drawings to conform to the requirements and examination practices of each system, ensuring that both complement each other and secure the scope of rights.
