Prior Art Search for Technology

1. Consultation Details
Company A contacted us with a consultation regarding the possibility of obtaining intellectual property rights for Technology B, which is currently under development.

2. Response (Solution)
Based on the consultation details, we conducted a prior art search using the patent information platform "J-PlatPat" on five issues identified regarding Technology B.

After investigating and examining each issue individually, we found relevant prior art documents for three of the five issues and determined that obtaining intellectual property rights would be difficult at this time. On the other hand, no relevant prior art documents were found for the remaining two issues, and we believe that there is a certain possibility of obtaining intellectual property rights.
