英検1級ライティング 禁断の戦略 3
本記事は独学・国内学習による
英検1級保持者が書きました。
今回も英検1級ライティングです。
英語系 youtuber の皆さんの多くは
英検1級対策で最も大切なのは語彙だと言われます。
一方で、僕はライティングであると確信しています。
そして、ライティング対策として最も重要なのは、
全てを類題化すること！
という立場です。
これは、
英語系 you tuber の方々は英語の才能に恵まれ過ぎている
ことから生じる信念の相違と考えます。
有名な英語系youtuberで
名前をズバリ出すのは支障があるので、例えば仮に
「英語モンキー」さん
この方は語彙力さえ鍛えればリーディングも
ライティングも押し切る英語の能力を才能として
持っていると感じます。
なので、英検1級リーディングの内容一致で、
選択肢が抽象化、概念化された英語で書かれていても、
直観的に正解を選ぶことができる頭脳の持ち主のはずです。
英語力も凄まじいレベルであるのは間違いないですが、
プレゼン力も普通ではありません。
でも、凄すぎるのです。
一般に、平均的な英検1級受験生であれば、
リーディングで本文は読めるとは思いますが、本文内容が
正解選択肢で抽象化、概念化されているために
対応に苦労しています。
ライティングで筆が全く進まないという
受験生の実態を理解されておられないと感じます。
そういった事を全く念頭に置かずに、
語彙対策の徹底のみを主張されていますよね。
批判ではないので念のため。
僕はむしろ本当に尊敬しています。
更に別の方。仮に
「キングATU」さんとしておきます。
この方の英語はバイリンガルと言ってよいレベルです。
キングなのです。
目標設定としては適当とは言えませんね。
この方の単語集は本当に良いです。
日本人が口語としてなんとか活用できるギリギリの線、
絶妙例文を豊富に提示してくれます。
これは全ての学習者が徹底利用すべきです。
だからと言って、熱心なキングATU視聴者が
キングのレベルに到達することはまずありません。
このお二人は共に文法学習の最適教材として、
アルクの「聴く英文法」を推奨されています。
でもこの本は注意が必要です。
普通の高校生がはじめに取り組む教材としては、
挫折率が高くなるはずで、
僕は自分の生徒にはお勧めしません。
この本自体が良いとか悪いとかいう問題ではないです。
この本で英文法を固めることができる人は
「聴く英文法」でなくても成果が出ます。
実際に、本屋さんで手に取って他の教材と比べて
吟味検討してみてください。
僕の真意が伝わるはずです。
話が逸れるようで逸れないのですが、
「希少価値」という言葉があります。
街を歩いていて筋肉系 youtuber のような身体の人
を見ることはまず無いですよね。
何十万人のフォロアーが熱心にトレーニング方法を
学んでも、筋肉系 youtuber のように遺伝子に
恵まれていていないのでほとんど結果は出ません。
同じ条件のトレーニングや食事、休息まで
プログラムを忠実に実践しても
筋肉系 youtuber レベルにはならないのです。
ウエートトレーニングに本気で取り組んだ人であれば、
先天的な要素で結果が決まることを経験論的に
知っています。
英語においても稀に物凄い才能に恵まれている人がいます。
人気の英語系 you tuber は天才の場合が多いのです。
希少性ゆえ、人気 youtuber として成立しているのです。
己を知れ。 夢や希望、志は持つな。
的な話ではありません。
厳然たる世の中の仕組みです。
僕自身が挫折感・絶望感から身を守る防衛策
としてのマインドセットの話でした。
さて、本題です。
英検1級ライティングでは、
全ての問題を類題化できます。
Ⅰ）SNSの利点は弊害に勝るか
① improve human relationships

There have been a lot of debates and discussions about whether the benefit of social networking service outweigh the disadvantages. Some people argue that it can cause violation of privacy. This is the case to some extent but I believe that it will have beneficial effects on societies by improving human relationships, facilitating information flow, and boosting businesses.
One of the main reasons for my argument is that it can be a contributing factor to keeping human relationships. Thanks to SNS, today’s people can maintain contact with each other no matter where they live.
What we also have to keep in mind is that SNS can spread the usuful, real-time information. For example, in time of desaster like big earthquake in Fukushima in 2011, people were able to know information and contact with their families by smart phone. Using SNS enabled people in danger to act appropriatly, thus leading to saving hundreds of lives.
In addition to these advantages, SNS can boost economy. This is because it can work as an advertising tool. For example personal lessons by independent instructers used to rare due to difficulty of attracting sustomers. These days, however, people with special skills can start businesses by using SNS without spending a lot of advertising cost.
When taking these points mentioned above into consideration, it is obvious that SNS will bring about great benefit on societies, though it has some negative aspects. What is important is how to use SNS wisely.
Ⅱ）電子媒体は将来的にほとんどの紙媒体に取ってかわるか

There has been growing health concern about watching screens
There have been a lot of debates and discussions about whether electric media will replace almost all printed materials in the future. Some people arugue that health concern broght abot watching screesn long time has been growing, thus leading to decreasing in popularity of electric media. However, I believe that electric media replace almost all printed materials by decreasing the burden of carrying printed books, promoting environmental protection, and reducing cost.
One of the main reasons for my opinion is that electric media will decrease the burden of carrying heavy books. For example, when traveling, you can bring books as many as you want. This is extremerly convinent fo book lovers. Electric books also sove problems of space for books in your houses.
What we also have to keep in mind is that electric media promote environmental protection. Unlike the process of making printed books, e-books do not require cutting trees and transporting by using energy. In light of current environmental situation, mass consumption of printed books will be regarded as nonesense.
In addition to these aspects, the cost of printed books is highering. This is mainly come from highering the cost of raw materials and energy. In fact, the number of closed book stores is increasing. In contrast to printed books, electric books is less expensive due to lower production cost. In fact, in many cases, readers can buy the same contents of e-books over 50% off from price of traditional books.
When taking these aspects into consideration, it is obvious that electric media will take place of printed media in near future.

① イントロ ＆ コンクルージョン に万能表現を用意
② 第2パラグラフ 1個目の理由提示の文頭表現
③ 第4パラグラフ 3個目の理由提示の文頭表現
④ 第1パラグラフ第2文で『譲歩』による両論併記
⑤ 第1パラグラフ第3文で理由3個を名詞化して列挙
⑥ 文末分詞構文を用いて因果関係明示

In addition to these aspects, what we have to keep in maind is that ～
④ 第1パラグラフの第2文から『譲歩』で強いアーギュメントを打ち出す。
両論併記になることから、字数稼ぎにもなります。
対立見解は1個の提示なので、すぐに思いつくため、時間も短縮できます。以下例文。
Some people argue that 対立見解 . This may be the case to some extent but I still strongly believe that 主張
⑤ 第1パラグラフで理由3個を名詞化して列挙します。
第2～4パラグラフでその理由を展開する際に、
第1パラグラフを見ながら構成を練ることが可能になり、
英文がスムーズに書けます。
対策本の模範解答ではたまに最終パラグラフで
理由3個をまとめてますが、
第1パラグラフに出現させる方が有利です。
⑥ 完全文, thus leading to/creating/bringing about 結果
「情報マシマシ」の技術です。
以下例文。
This means mutual understanding and respect will develop, thus creating world peace and stability.
⑦ パラグラフ2～4の第2文以降で、第1文を具体化、詳述する場合の詐欺的フレーズです。
以下例文。
According to experts, technological transfer into third world can be contributing factor
to dealing with this problems.
上記のexpertsが実在するか否かは英検の採点基準になりません。
よってある意味、詐欺的ではありますが万能フレーズとして重宝します。
