1．ご相談内容
株式会社A社様より、B国において食品に関する考案C、D、Eの実施をご検討されるにあたり、当該国において第三者の先行技術（特許・実用新案）を侵害するおそれがないかについて、ご相談をいただきました。
2．解決策
まず、株式会社A社様がB国において実施を予定されている考案C、D、Eそれぞれについて、B国の特許情報検索エンジンを用いた侵害予防調査を実施しました。
本調査は、考案C、D、EをB国で実施した場合に、他社が保有する特許または実用新案を侵害する可能性の有無を確認することを目的としたものです。
なお、本調査においては、まずキーワード検索を実施した後、さらにIPC分類による検索を行い、両検索結果を統合することで、調査対象を網羅的かつ広範囲に設定して調査を実施しました。
その結果、注意を要する特許および実用新案、ならびに参考とすべき特許および実用新案が複数確認されたため、当該内容について株式会社A社様へ情報提供を行いました。

3．結論
海外での事業展開に際し、考案の実施を検討されている場合には、実施予定国において注意すべき特許や実用新案の有無、また参考とすべき特許や実用新案の把握が重要となります。

Overseas Food Research
1. Consultation Details
Company A, Inc., consulted us regarding the risk of infringing third-party prior art (patents and utility models) in Country B when considering implementing food-related inventions C, D, and E in that country.
2. Solution
First, we conducted an infringement prevention search using Country B's patent information search engine for each of Inventions C, D, and E, which Company A planned to implement in Country B.
The purpose of this search was to confirm whether implementing Inventions C, D, and E in Country B would infringe patents or utility models held by other companies.
In addition, this search first conducted a keyword search, then a search by IPC classification. The results of both searches were combined to achieve a comprehensive and broad search.
As a result, we identified several patents and utility models requiring caution, as well as patents and utility models that should be used as references. We provided Company A with this information.
