1. ご相談内容
株式会社A社様より、発明Bに関する先行技術調査のご依頼を賜り、あわせて、特許出願が可能と判断される場合には、特許出願書類（特許明細書および図面）作成のご依頼をいただきました。
2. 解決策
当所では、特許情報プラットフォーム「J-PlatPat」を活用し、発明Bに関する先行技術調査を実施いたしました。その結果、発明Bの技術内容と類似点を有する複数の先行技術文献が確認されました。これらの文献には、発明Bが属する技術分野における既存技術が詳細に記載されており、比較検討に際して重要な参考資料となりました。
しかしながら、確認された先行技術を精査した結果、発明Bはこれら既存技術と比較して、明確な差異と技術的特徴を有していることが認められました。具体的には、新規性および進歩性の観点から、発明Bが特許法上の要件を満たす可能性が高いとの判断に至っております。
そこで、調査で得られた先行技術文献を「従来技術」として適切に位置付けたうえで、発明Bの技術的優位性が十分かつ論理的に示されるよう、特許明細書および特許図面の作成に向けた検討を開始いたしました。発明の構成要素・効果・課題解決手段がより明確に表現されるよう、記載内容の整理および図面構成案の作成を進めております。

3. 結論
独自の発明をお持ちの方につきましては、当所にて特許出願の可否に関する先行技術調査を承っております。また、出願可能と判断される場合には、特許明細書および特許図面を含む出願書類一式の作成にも対応しております。

Patent Application Document Review
1. Consultation Details
Company A requested a prior art search for Invention B. If a patent application was deemed possible, they also requested that we prepare the patent application documents (patent specification and drawings).
2. Solution
Our firm conducted a prior art search for Invention B using the patent information platform "J-PlatPat." As a result, we identified several prior art documents with similarities to Invention B's technical content. These documents detailed existing technologies in the technical field to which Invention B pertains, making them important references for comparative analysis.
However, upon careful review of the identified prior art, we determined that Invention B possesses clear differences and technical features compared to these existing technologies. Specifically, we concluded that Invention B is likely to meet the requirements of the Patent Act from the perspectives of novelty and inventive step.
We therefore appropriately characterized the prior art documents obtained in the search as "prior art" and began work on preparing the patent specification and patent drawings to fully and logically demonstrate Invention B's technical superiority. We are currently reorganizing the content and preparing drawing diagrams to more clearly express the invention's components, effects, and solution.

3. Conclusion
For those with unique inventions, we offer prior art searches to determine whether a patent application can be filed. If we determine that a patent application is possible, we can also prepare a complete set of application documents, including a patent specification and drawings.
