1. ご相談内容
株式会社A社様は、a月b日に商標Bおよび商標Cの権利を株式会社G社様に移転登録されました。しかし、その後c月d日に住所が変更となり、「商標権の表示変更や移転手続きはどうすれば良いか」とご相談いただきました。

2. 解決策
私たちは、株式会社A社様の手続きをスムーズに進めるため、以下のステップで対応しました。

表示変更登録
まず商標B、商標Cそれぞれの「表示変更登録申請書」を作成。
J-PlatPatに掲載されている情報を新住所に更新しました。
この手続きでは代理人を立て、必要な表示委任状も準備しました。

商標権移転登録
住所変更を反映後、改めて商標B、商標Cの「商標権移転登録申請書」を作成し、株式会社G社様へ権利を譲渡。
代理人を通じ、譲渡人（株式会社A社様）・承継人（株式会社G社様）の委任状を整備しました。

Preparing a Trademark Transfer Registration Application

1. Consultation Details
Company A Co., Ltd. transferred the rights to Trademark B and Trademark C to Company G Co., Ltd. on date a/b. However, their address subsequently changed on date c/d, and they asked us for advice on how to change the trademark display and transfer the rights.

2. Solution
To ensure a smooth process for Company A Co., Ltd., we took the following steps.

Display Change Registration
First, we created a "Display Change Registration Application Form" for Trademark B and Trademark C.
The information posted on J-PlatPat was updated to reflect the new address.
For this procedure, we appointed an agent and prepared the necessary power of attorney for display.

Trademark Rights Transfer Registration
After reflecting the address change, we created new "Trademark Rights Transfer Registration Application Forms" for Trademark B and Trademark C and transferred the rights to Company G Co., Ltd.
Through the agent, we prepared powers of attorney for the transferor (Company A Co., Ltd.) and successor (Company G Co., Ltd.).
