1．相談の内容
クライアントは、美術の著作物を創作し、その著作者として、実名の登録を行いたいと考え、弊所に相談されました。
2．解決策
実名登録申請書と著作物の明細書の作成の補助をしました。実名登録申請書には、著作物の題号と、著作物の公表日、著作者の住所と氏名等の記載を行いました。又、著作物の明細書には、同様に、著作物の題号や公表日、更に、著作物の内容について記載しました。著作物の内容については、著作物の特徴やそこに込められた著作者の意図等を記載し、実際の著作物を撮影した画像も添付しました。

3．結論
著作権は著作物を創作した時点で自動的に発生するため、特許権や商標権のように特別な手続を必要としません。著作権の登録制度の目的は、著作権関係の法律事実を公示したり、著作権が移転した場合の取引の安全を確保したりすることです。登録の結果、法律上一定の効果が生じることになります。

3. Conclusion
Copyright arises automatically upon the creation of a work, so no special procedures are required, unlike patents or trademarks. The purpose of the copyright registration system is to publicize legal facts related to copyright and to ensure the safety of transactions when copyright is transferred.
