1. Consultation Example
Request for Intellectual Property Search Regarding New Product Development Combining Different Materials
Company A consulted us on the following two points regarding the development concept for a new product, "Product D," which combines Component B made of Material X and Component C made of Material Y:
Was this configuration eligible for utility model registration?
Also, were there any similar designs already registered?
2. Investigation Results
Our investigation revealed that a technical idea (concept) similar to Product D already exists,
and that a similar design has already been registered.
