1．相談の内容
クライアントは、新たに医療機器を導入するにあたり、ものづくり補助金を活用したいと考え、弊所に相談しました。
2．解決策
公募要領を確認したところ、
・医療法人は補助対象外であること
・公的医療保険による診療報酬制度と重複する事業は補助対象外であること
が明記されていました。
クライアントは医療法人ではなく、また導入を予定している医療機器も診療報酬制度との重複を目的としたものではないため、補助対象事業に該当することを確認しました。
さらに、過去の採択事例を調査し、医療関連分野でどのような事業が採択されているかを整理しました。クライアントには、参考となる事例をいくつか提示し、自社の事業計画を検討する上でのヒントとなる旨を説明しました。

3．結論
補助金申請にあたっては、過去の採択事例を参考にしつつ、自社の事業の新規性・生産性向上効果を具体的に示すことが重要です。

1. Consultation Details
The client consulted our firm regarding the Monodzukuri Subsidy, which they hoped to utilize for the introduction of new medical equipment.
2. Solution
After reviewing the application guidelines, we found that they clearly stated the following:
- Medical corporations are not eligible for the subsidy
- Businesses that overlap with the medical fee system under public health insurance are not eligible for the subsidy.
Since the client is not a medical corporation, and the medical equipment they planned to introduce is not intended to overlap with the medical fee system, we confirmed that it was eligible for the subsidy.
Furthermore, we researched past cases of successful applications and compiled a list of businesses in the medical field. We presented the client with several examples to serve as reference, explaining that these could serve as hints for considering their own business plans.
