1．ご相談内容
海外に拠点を置く株式会社A社様より、日本市場への進出を見据えて、

について、日本国内で商標登録が可能かどうかの調査と、登録可能な場合の出願書類の作成支援をご依頼いただきました。
2．調査・分析のポイント

Company A, based overseas, requested us to investigate the possibility of trademark registration in Japan for Name B, Name C, and Logo D, with an eye toward entering the Japanese market, and to assist in preparing the necessary application documents if registration was possible.
2. Key Points of the Research and Analysis
Our trademark experts conducted a thorough investigation based on the following criteria:
Whether "Name B" and "Name C" are distinctive as trademarks
Whether identical or similar trademarks have already been applied for or registered
These were thoroughly examined using the Japan Patent Office's official database, "J-PlatPat." We also used image recognition technology to investigate "Logo D" to confirm the presence of visually similar trademarks.
