Providing information about patents

2. Research and analysis report
Utilizing the information provision system to expose the "blind spots" of patents.

If there is doubt about the validity of a patent, you can use a mechanism called the "information provision system." Through this system, a third party can anonymously point out to the Japan Patent Office that there is a reason for invalidating the relevant patent.

Our firm conducted a thorough prior art search for patent C. As a result, we discovered influential documents D, E, and F that questioned the novelty and inventive step of patent C, and used them to carefully refute the claims of patent C one by one.
