1．相談の内容
株式会社A社は、事業で実施するビジネスモデルについて、先行技術調査の依頼がありました。
2．解決策
まず、ビジネスモデルについて、特許や実用新案に関する先行技術文献がないかどうか調査したところ、同じビジネスモデルに関する先行技術文献は、ありませんでした。その結果、株式会社A社の今回のビジネスモデルは、先行技術文献に対して新規性があると考えました。
そこで、株式会社A社の意見を聞きながら、ビジネスモデルについて、システムと方法で特許出願明細書を検討しました。
近年、ビジネス方法に、ICT(Information and Communication Technology:情報通信技術)を利用して、実現された発明が盛んに行われています。そして、これらの発明は、ビジネス関連発明として、特許、実用新案などの保護対象となります。

Patent research and preparation of patent documents related to inventions
1. Content of consultation
Company A Co., Ltd. requested a prior art research on the business model they would implement in their business.
2. Solution
First, we investigated whether there were any prior art documents related to patents or utility models for the business model, but there were no prior art documents related to the same business model.
As a result, we thought that Company A Co., Ltd.'s current business model was novel compared to the prior art documents.
So, while listening to Company A Co., Ltd.'s opinion, we considered the patent application specification for the system and method of the business model.
In recent years, inventions that are realized using ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in business methods have been actively carried out. These inventions are business-related inventions that are subject to protection such as patents and utility models.
