1．相談の内容
株式会社A社は、自身で開発した技術Bについて特許出願が可能であるかどうか、弊所にお問い合わせがありました。
2．解決策
まず、j-platpatとWebで検索したところ、技術Bに類似する論文Cの内容を発見しました。論文Cを精査し、j-platpatで論文Cに関する特許、実用新案の先行技術文献を調査しました。その結果、株式会社A社の開発した技術Bは、検索された先行技術文献に対し新規性があると考えました。

Patent research on the contents of the paper
1. Contents of the consultation
Company A contacted us to ask whether it is possible to file a patent application for technology B that they developed.
2. Solution
First, we searched the web with j-platpat and found the contents of paper C, which is similar to technology B. We carefully examined paper C and used j-platpat to search for prior art documents of patents and utility models related to paper C. As a result, we thought that technology B developed by Company A was novel compared to the prior art documents we searched.
