1．相談の内容
クライアントは、新規の計測装置に関する他社の技術の動向を知りたいと考え、弊所に相談されました。
2．解決策
特許庁の特許情報プラットフォームJ-PlatPatやインターネットを用いた先行技術文献調査を行いました。その結果、他社の関連技術は、工場の生産過程や、建設現場の監視や、自動運転など様々な分野に及んでおり、又、技術の内容も、プログラムのアルゴリズムや光学技術など多岐に亘ることが分かりました。これらの文献に関して技術の目的と手法をまとめ、クライアントに説明しました。

1. Content of the consultation
The client consulted us because he wanted to know the trends of other companies' technologies regarding new measuring devices.
2. Solution
We conducted a prior art literature survey using the Japan Patent Office's patent information platform J-PlatPat and the Internet. As a result, we found that other companies' related technologies cover a wide range of fields, including factory production processes, construction site monitoring, and autonomous driving, and that the content of the technologies is also diverse, including program algorithms and optical technology. We summarized the purpose and method of the technology in these documents and explained it to the client.
