1．相談の内容
クライアントは農作物の生産に関して、経済産業省の事業再構築補助金を受けたいと考えており、弊所に相談されました。
2．解決策
事業再構築補助金の公募要領によると、農作物の生産自体に必要な経費は補助金の対象とならないとされています。そこで、過去の農業に関する採択事例を参照し、どのような事業が採択されているのかを調査しました。
その結果、クライアントが補助金申請をしたいと考えている事業を変更すれば、補助金の対象となり得るということが分かり、ヒントになる過去の採択事例をいくつかピックアップして、その旨を説明しました。

3．結論

1. Content of the consultation
The client was seeking to receive a business restructuring subsidy from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for agricultural production, and consulted us.
2. Solution
According to the public solicitation guidelines for the business restructuring subsidy, expenses necessary for the production of agricultural crops themselves are not eligible for subsidies. Therefore, we referred to past agricultural adoption cases to investigate what types of businesses have been adopted.
As a result, we found that if the client changed the business for which he wanted to apply for the subsidy, it could become eligible for the subsidy, so we picked out some past adoption cases that could provide hints and explained this to him.
