1．相談の内容
株式会社A社は、オーストラリア特許出願をしたところ、オーストラリア特許庁から拒絶理由通知が届いたため弊所に相談されました。
2．解決策
オーストラリア特許出願の拒絶理由通知を確認したところ、オーストラリア特許庁の審査官が、オーストラリア特許出願の技術の一部に関して疑義があることが書かれていました。
一方で、この技術の一部に関して、様々な公知文献で説明されている可能性があり、弊所は、例えば、アメリカの特許庁やオーストラリアの特許庁に、この技術の一部の刊行物が掲載されているかどうかを調査しました。また、下記に論文などを検索することができるCirniiという検索エンジンを用いて、この技術の一部の刊行物を検索しました。これらの検索結果を使用して拒絶理由の回答をすることにした。

Quotation search for notification of reasons for rejection from overseas Patent Office
1. Contents of consultation
Company A Co., Ltd. was consulted with our office after filing an Australian patent and receiving a notice from the Australian Patent Office.
2. solution
A notification of reasons for refusal to apply for Australian Patent Applications stated that the Australian Patent Office was doubtful about some of the Australian patent applications.
On the other hand, some of the technologies may have been explained in various notice, and we have some publications of this technology to the Patent Office in the United States and the Australian Patent Office. I investigated whether it was posted. In addition, we searched for some publications of this technology using a CIRNII search engine that can search for papers below. I decided to use these search results to answer the reasons for rejection.
