英語の指定役務に関する調査
1．相談の内容
外国人の経営するA社は日本で商標取得をしようと考えています。商標の指定役務を英語で示したクラス9、クラス42に関する内容について、指定役務の内容が不明確であるという拒絶理由通知が届かないようにするために、現在記述した指定役務の内容が明確であるかどうか調査を依頼しました。
2．解決策
J-platpatにおいて商品役務検索の画面からクラス9、クラス42の指定役務を検索し、A社の示された指定役務と合致しているものがあるかどうか調査しました。
